"Coldest night of the year on a late Sunday night, and the furnace failed - isn’t that always the case? Called Sharon’s emergency service after 10pm and they were at the home the next day. Before the end of the day, the furnace unit was installed and operating, with the balance of ancillary items installed the next day (humidifier, air filtering). The work was so quick, no frozen pipes to worry about! The men were all polite, arrived in the time-frame promised, respected the property, knew exactly what they were doing (very knowledgeable), answered all questions I had and cleaned up the work area as expected. In addition, the unit and work fees were competitively priced!
