Called Sharon's with a heating problem last week. My appointment was between 4 p.m.–8 p.m. that day. Service tech Scott called and arrived at 4:15 p.m. He found and corrected the problem (thermostat) and did a furnace check. He then took the time to explain and provide me with helpful maintenance tips. Scott was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. An A plus employee!!! 👍🏻

This is the second time in 8 years Sharon's H&AC technician comes to check the heating system when it is malfunctioning, the technicians have been very knowledgeable and trustworthy, the cost of inspection or repairs is very reasonable, this is why I would use this company for any future heating or cooling issue.

Everything about the whole process was great. Called on New Year's Day and left a message, they responded almost immediately, and made an appointment for the next morning. The tech was right on time, friendly, answered all my questions about the process, found the problem (ignitor), and replaced it. Emergency Furnace Repair on New Year’s Eve Dec 31, 2025

I needed an emergency furnace repair on New Year’s Eve, and Sharon’s Heating and Air Conditioning came through for me. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and got the service scheduled. I received a text with a picture of Isaac Hicks before his arrival, which was a nice touch for peace of mind. He arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, promptly identified the issue, explained the price upfront, and got right to work. The repair was done efficiently, and he cleaned up everything afterward. I’m also planning to have Sharon’s Heating and Air Conditioning update my humidifier soon. Highly recommend their reliable and professional service!

Sharon LLC Keeps Their Word Dec 1, 2025

Mine was a really ill-timed situation of the furnace breaking on Thanksgiving Day. Sharon LLC was able to pick up my call. Yes, schedule fees were twice the rate so not a happy person there, but the engineer was at the house as promised… before 10 a.m. Richard Burke is really knowledgeable and nice to work with. He did go through the issue, diagnosed and solved the problem… but made sure to test thoroughly. Overall, good experience and would recommend their services. Nobody cares about fancy websites or AI-based appointment makers if services are not available when you need it. Sharon LLC keeps their word. I would trust them.

Omg, amazing. My heat went out last night, and I called the next morning. They gave me an appointment the same day I called; they even sent me email and text confirmation. They let me know who was coming and that he was on his way. He came in, checked a few things, and boom, like magic, my furnace was back up and running. I am beyond pleased with the service. Rich was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward! Our issue was bigger and much more expensive than we hoped, but he worked diligently to get our furnace safe and running again. He also noticed our hot water heater was leaking and what we needed to do to fix it. Last but not least, he let us know what we needed and the cost to operate our fireplace without worries.
