Sharon's did a wonderful job replacing my furnace and A/C! I had previously seen the quality of their work with a replacement water heater a few years ago, so I knew just who to call.
Diane came out and checked everything out and went over all the options they had for replacement. She was very knowledgeable and kind. No high-pressure sales here; they give you the time you need to make your decision as well as providing financing options.
The crew that came out was very respectful, efficient, and did a great job installing everything! They went over everything I needed to know about maintenance of my new system and even went above and beyond by routing the drain pipe to a new location, removing a trip hazard. They also put down drop cloths to keep the house clean and hauled away the old units.

We are very pleased with Sharon's Heating and Air Conditioning. We were first visited by technician Brandon, who inspected our failed unit (died during the hottest day of the summer, of course). He went through all the options from repair through replacement. Based on the age of our unit, we decided to replace. Brandon did a fantastic job explaining the different units we could get that would work best for our home. He was very friendly, informative, and respectful of our time.
TJ and his partner Jay actually installed our new furnace/air conditioner combo. I felt very comfortable that the job would be done right with TJ's 24 years of experience. Our job was a pretty big one, but they worked diligently and explained everything along the way. They were very efficient and professional during the entire installation. My wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done.
I was also impressed with Sharon's overall customer service, from the people at our home to the people on the phone. Also, they do the little things right, like texting a photo of the technicians and a link to track their progress en route to our home. I would highly recommend Sharon's Heating and Air Conditioning.
