My A/C went out on the first super hot day of the summer this year. I called first thing in the morning (they’re open earlier than most businesses too, so that was a plus!), and they squeezed me in quickly for midday on what I know was a really busy day. They were up front about what to expect. I really like that they sent me a text with a pic of who to expect, contact info, and ETA so I didn’t have to wait around at home all day and instead could still go to work and leave when I needed to. They diagnosed the problem quickly and the price was fair. Very happy and will definitely use them again if and when we need to!

Called Sharon's for an emergency AC repair on a Sunday afternoon, and they were out to the house within 2 hours! Amy was MOST helpful in getting back with us to set up the appointment. The technician, Brandon Cantrell Bonora, couldn't have been more knowledgeable, expedient, and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a failed condensation pump, and the system was up and running lickety-split! The pump was originally installed by Sharon's but was well out of warranty. They replaced it AT NO CHARGE!! WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?!?!??? In addition, Brandon also recharged the system very expediently, and we couldn't be happier with his work. He's a true master at this craft... AND DESERVES A RAISE! ;o) In closing, Sharon's has installed a complete HVAC system for us in the past as well as other work. We wouldn't think of using another company, and we refer them to all our friends!! Keep up the GREAT WORK, Sharon's HVAC!!!!! A+++

I have been a customer of the Sharon’s Heating and Cooling company for approximately 7 years. I had the company install my thermostat and central air conditioning unit. Over the past seven years I’ve had two issues that needed to be repaired. Sharon’s Heating and Cooling company has come through for me both times. They are professional and completed the jobs in a timely manner. On May 21, 2024, I called them about an issue I was having with my central air unit fan not working. The diagnosis was a faulty contactor. The weather was in the high 80s, and I was concerned that I would have to wait days before a service repair person came out. To my surprise, a repair man came out the next day, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I was happy to find out that my warranty covered the cost of the part.
